Designed primarily for inspection purposes, the WIRIS Enterprise features a thermal camera with a LWIR microbolometric sensor offering 640 × 512 px resolution (in the 7.5 – 13.5 μm range). Additionally, it includes a Super resolution mode, providing a final thermogram in an impressive 1 266 x 1 010 px resolution. The first RGB camera boasts a 16Mpx resolution, perfect for high-resolution imagery and terrain mapping. The second RGB camera offers Full HD (1920 x 1080 px) resolution and an unparalleled optical ultrazoom of 30x in real-time, ideal for security applications.
IP66 and Rugged Construction
Industrial inspections often take place in harsh environments, increasing the risk of camera damage. The WIRIS Enterprise is IP66 rated, offering complete protection from dust, oil, and other non-corrosive materials, as well as waterproofing against rain, snow, and powerful jets of water. Encased in a rugged, lightweight aluminum housing, the most sensitive component, the thermal camera lens, is protected by a replaceable cap made of germanium.
Precise Metrology
Industrial applications demand precise metrological accuracy. Each lens is individually calibrated to ensure accuracy, and the thermal cameras are individually manufactured and precisely calibrated. Each unit is delivered with a final calibration certificate.
The Widest Range of Connectivity
The WIRIS Enterprise offers an interface for a wide range of connections to the drone, control unit, external GPS sensor, and other devices. Features include Wi-Fi low latency live video streaming and command link, with the WIRIS Stream SDK also available.
