Operators told us where the link fell short, so we went to work. Customer site visits, months of firmware development, and many rounds of testing followed.
This range test at Soda Lake in the Carrizo Plain was one of them. With the updated firmware, video and aircraft control recovered faster whenever the link was challenged, and the final configuration reached 6,035 meters (3.8 miles).
